This paper provides a preliminary outline of the overall status of global elderly health communication and goes on to give a detailed account of the state of aging and features of elderly health communication in three countries：the U.S.，Canada，and China. The study states that elderly health communication in these three countries is characterized by integrated communication，multi-agent synergy，and digital and intelligent transformation. After identifying the major challenges facing global elderly health communication，this report puts forward the following countermeasures：to develop premium，pro-elderly digital and intelligent infrastructure，to create a positive，friendly environment for multi-agent engagement and communication，and to put in place efficient，effective integrated linkage mechanisms.
