国际艺术传播对推动中国文化国际传播,并在世界语境中有效建构中国的“艺术大国形象”“文化大国形象”“文明大国形象”“东方大国形象”,发挥着不可替代的作用,进而促发由“艺术认同”、“文化认同”到“人类命运共同体认同”。本报告以2022年以来中国各级政府部门主办的国际文化传播活动所取得的丰硕成果为范例,在试图对其发展情况、传播路径以及传播效率进行分析以及整理的同时,重点展示中国艺术国际传播实践所面临的挑战并提出相应的解决方案与应对策略。
International art communication plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the international communication of the Chinese culture and effectively shaping China’s image as an art powerhouse,a cultural powerhouse,a major country with a great civilization,and a major country in the East,thus facilitating the shift from artistic and cultural identification to identification with a global community that has a shared future. Taking the example of the fruitful international cultural communication events organized by Chinese government agencies at all levels since 2022,this report attempts to analyze the developments,paths,and efficiency of such events while highlighting the challenges facing the international communication practices of Chinese art and putting forward specific solutions and countermeasures.
