巴布亚新几内亚是太平洋岛国中首个加入“一带一路”倡议的国家。本文以教育均衡发展为视角,从教育起点、教育过程和教育结果三个层面来分析巴布亚新几内亚促进教育均衡发展的政策。虽然历届巴布亚新几内亚政府出台一系列教育政策促进其公民享有公平、均衡和优质的教育,但受历史和国情的影响,巴布亚新几内亚仍存在教育发展不均衡的问题。
Papua New Guinea is the first Pacific country to join the “Belt and Road” initiative. From the perspective of balanced development of education,this paper analyzes Papua New Guinea’s policies to promote balanced development of education from three aspects—educational starting point,educational process and educational results. Although successive PNG governments have issued a series of education policies to promote their citizens to enjoy fair,balanced and high-quality education,Papua New Guinea still has the problem of unbalanced education development due to historical and national conditions.
