包容性创新是指利用科学、技术和创新诀窍解决低收入群体的需求，其作为联合国《2030年可持续发展议程》的主要内容，成为实现可持续发展的重要路径。东南亚地区因应发展潮流也走上了包容性创新发展的道路，并探索出了“统筹规划，政策主导；逐层突破，模式创新；区域合作，共同发展”的路径，有效促进了地区发展。然而，在探索过程中仍面临思想认识、系统协调机制以及项目管理能力方面的挑战，只有对症下药，深化认识、优化系统、提升能力，东南亚区域包容性创新发展才能得到进一步完善。
Inclusive innovation refers to the use of science，technology and innovation know-how to address the needs of low-income groups，and as a key element of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development，it has become an important path to achieve sustainable development. In response to this development trend，the Southeast Asian region has also embarked on the development path of inclusive innovation，and explored the path of “integrated planning，policy leading；layer-by-layer breakthroughs，model innovation；regional cooperation，common development”，which has effectively promoted regional development. However，in the process of exploration，there are still challenges in terms of ideological understanding，system coordination mechanism and project management capacity. Only by prescribing the right medication，deepening understanding，optimizing the system and upgrading capacity can the development of inclusive innovation in Southeast Asia be further improved.
