为响应国家乡村振兴的总体部署，整合现有资源，会昌县因地制宜推进数字乡村建设，探索产业数字化转型。本次调研从会昌县经济社会现状、产业现状角度出发，立足对会昌县现有特色核心产业数字化转型的实地考察，总结分析会昌县发展数字经济和乡村振兴的经验和成果。会昌县在探索数字经济赋能乡村振兴的新路径上已初具成效，基于“小切口、低成本、重实效、接地气”原则、确立五级主体经营模式、打造“会昌独好”区域公共品牌、推动数字农业转型升级等，形成了独特的经营模式和管理办法。对会昌县数字经济赋能乡村振兴提出五项建议：推动农民在内的多元共治和权益公平，继续坚持实事求是、因地制宜，进一步完善基础设施和物流体系，加强品牌培育和运营，培训农民数字技能。
In order to respond to the overall deployment of national rural revitalization and integrate existing resources，Huichang County has promoted the construction of digital villages according to local conditions and explored the digital transformation of industries. Starting from the economic and social status quo and industrial status quo of Huichang County，this research report summarizes and analyzes its experience and achievements in the development of digital economy and rural revitalization. This research shows that Huichang County has begun to achieve results in exploring a new path of rural revitalization enabled by digital economy，forming a unique business model and management methods. Furthermore，this report puts forward five suggestions on how to better use the digital economy to help the government develop rural areas in Huichang：promoting the pluralistic co-governance and equity of rights and interests of farmers，continuing to insist on seeking truth from facts and adapting to local conditions，further improving the infrastructure and logistics system，strengthening brand cultivation and operation，and cultivating farmers’ digital skills.
