数字技术和数字经济的发展对于中国完成农业强国建设、实现乡村振兴目标有着重要的意义。本文主要分析科尔沁右翼中旗应用数字经济推动乡村振兴的发展模式。科尔沁右翼中旗坚持“吃生态饭、做牛文章、念文旅经”的发展思路，积极广泛使用数字经济助力构建现代化产业体系。以数字经济助力核心产业振兴，将数字和信息作为生产要素，对传统牛产业各环节进行全方位、全链条的数字化改造，为乡村产业链和价值链的延伸提供新的活力和动力。本文基于当地产业发展转型的不足提出了四条建议：完善数字化基础设施建设，提升数字技术创新能力，完善数字化产业链，增加融资。
In recent years，the development of digital technology and digital economy is of great significance for China to complete the construction of an agricultural power and achieve the goal of rural revitalization. This research mainly analyzes how Horqin Right Middle Banner applies the digital economy to promote the development model of rural revitalization process. The research results show that：Horqin Right Middle Banner adheres to the development idea of “focus on green ecological industry，beef cattle industry，and cultural tourism industry”，and strives to build a modern industry system. Specifically，Horqin Right Middle Banner promotes industrial revitalization with the digital economy，involves digital and information as production factors，and digitally transforms all links of traditional industries in an all-round and full-chain way，providing new vitality and driving force for the extension of rural industrial chain and value chain. Finally，the report puts forward four recommendations based on the shortcomings of local industrial development and transformation：improve the construction of digital infrastructure，enhance the ability of digital technology innovation，improve the digital industry chain，and increase financing.
