Based on the background of digital economy，this report takes the influence of e-commerce on the allocation of labor resources as the main line of research，and examines the important role of e-commerce development in promoting the revitalization of rural talents. Based on theory and practice，this report analyzes the mechanism and practical logic of the development of e-commerce to promote the revitalization of rural talents. In combination with the development practices of e-commerce in Caoxian County of Shandong Province，Suichang County of Zhejiang Province，Xiushan County of Chongqing Province，Chengxian County of Gansu Province and Wuyi County of Hebei Province，this report examines the characteristics of labor force agglomeration and flow under the e-commerce environment，and draws inspiration from the development of e-commerce at county level to promote the revitalization of rural talents. Comprehensive cases and research found that the current development of e-commerce to promote the revitalization of rural talents also exist problems such as infrastructure and service system to be improved，farmers lack the ability to use e-commerce，e-commerce platform sales competition is increasingly fierce，low level of organization of business entities，public policy supply is not accurate and so on. In order to promote the development of e-commerce，give positive role of e-commerce in supporting entrepreneurship and innovation，accelerating the rational flow of labor force，and promoting the revitalization of rural talents，it is proposed to provide policy support in six aspects，including improving digital infrastructure，strengthening the integration of market resources，improving talent training，creating an employment and entrepreneurship atmosphere，improving the supporting service system，and exploring an e-commerce operation mechanism that combines government and market.
