本文调取ACARA发布的NAP系列报告以及2017~2022年国外权威期刊上发表的有关澳大利亚联邦教育评估的学术论文及相关书籍,对该国过去五年的教育评估概况和重要进展及发展趋势进行了描述。澳大利亚联邦的教育评估研究主要聚焦于评估机制的创新,同时关注到新技术条件下评估研究趋势、评估模型建构、评估方法和混合方法的采用。澳大利亚联邦五年来的教育评估实践和理论既有坚持也有革新。“形成性评估”“学生中心”“公平”和“面向未来”等诸多元素已贯彻到新的评估探索中。尤其是新信息技术条件下紧跟教学变革的评估设计和对大规模标准化第三方评估的不断修正,对于“百年未有之大变局”下中国的教育评估改革具有很大的借鉴意义。
This report retrieves the NAP series reports published by ACARA from 2017 to 2022,as well as academic papers and related books on Australian federal educational assessment published in authoritative international journals since 2017. It provides an initial description of the general profile,significant progress,and trends in educational assessment in Australia over the past five years. The research on educational assessment in the Australian Federation primarily focuses on the innovation of assessment mechanisms,while also addressing research trends,model construction,and the adoption of assessment methods and mixed methods under new technological conditions. Over the past five years,the practice and theory of educational assessment in the Australian Federation have seen both continuity and innovation. Elements such as “formative assessment,” “student-centeredness,” “equity,” and “future orientation” have been incorporated into new assessment explorations. In particular,assessment designs that keep up with teaching reforms under new information technology conditions and the continuous refinement of large-scale standardized third-party assessments hold significant referential value for the reform of educational assessment in China amidst the profound changes unseen in a century.
