法国基础教育评估研究

文章摘要

法国基础教育评估体系覆盖面广,包括对学生、教师、学校、地区和国家的多元化评估,以及对学科知识、学生的社会和公民素养、批判思维和创新能力等方面的综合性评估。2017年以来,法国基础教育在国际评估项目和本土评估实际需要的双重推动下,为进一步促进每个学生的成功、提高教师教学效能感和学校增值发展,开始在“共同基础”评估标准、职前和在职教师教育和学校评估方面进行了新一轮的发展和改革。在国际基础教育评估发展愈趋多元和综合的大背景下,我国的基础教育评估体系相对而言较为单一、评估标准较为功利。研究法国基础教育评估有利于完善我国基础教育评估体系,提高评估的科学性和准确性,促进教育的公平和质量提高。

Abstract

The evaluation system of basic education in France exhibits extensive inclusivity,encompassing diverse assessments of students,teachers,schools,regions,and the nation,as well as comprehensive evaluations of subject knowledge,students’ social and civic literacy,critical thinking,and innovation abilities. Since 2017,propelled by both international assessment projects and domestic evaluation needs,basic education in France has embarked on a new round of development and reform in assessment standards for the “socle commun de connaissances,de compétences et de culture,” pre-service and in-service teacher education,and school evaluation. This initiative aims to further promote the success of every student,enhance teachers’ sense of teaching efficacy,and foster school value-added development. Against the backdrop of increasingly diverse and comprehensive development in international basic education assessment,China’s basic education evaluation system is relatively singular,characterized by utilitarian assessment standards. Exploring the evaluation of basic education in France holds promise for improving China’s basic education evaluation system,enhancing the scientific rigor and accuracy of evaluation,and advancing fairness and quality in education.
