合理布局和有效开发现代服务业集聚区，对培育区域经济发展新的增长极具有重要意义。围绕吉林省现代服务业集聚区建设与发展情况研究，提出吉林省现代服务业集聚区内部存在企业规模偏小、信息化能力较弱、产业链不完整、创新水平不高、资源短缺显著，外部面临环境严峻、政策支持力度有限、资源整合不佳、公共服务平台不完善、基础设施建设不完备等问题。应通过加强省内地区间统筹规划、创新集聚区体制机制、加大集聚区政策支持力度、加强产业联动、加快集聚区平台建设，全面推进现代服务业集聚区高质量建设。
Rational layout and effective development of modern service industry clusters is of great significance for fostering new growth in regional economic development. Based on the research on the construction and development of modern service industry cluster in Jilin Province，it is proposed that there are some internal problems in the modern service industry cluster in Jilin Province. The high-quality construction of modern service industry cluster should be comprehensively promoted by strengthening the overall planning of the provincial inland area，innovating the system and mechanism of the cluster，increasing the policy support for the cluster，strengthening the industrial linkage，and accelerating the platform construction of the cluster.
