发展肉牛产业是吉林省深入实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措。自千万头肉牛工程实施以来，在产业规模、项目建设、产业园区建设、集聚化格局形成、强化政策措施保障等方面，都取得了较为显著的效果。但是，传统养殖方式的制约，产业链延伸程度不够，配套产业支撑力不足，市场竞争力有待提升，以及新冠疫情的影响，对吉林省肉牛产业的快速持续发展形成了阻碍。针对这些问题，建议通过逐步提升肉牛产业产能，实施全产业链延伸化，整合要素投入支撑产业发展，不断提升产品市场竞争力等，实现肉牛产业的高质量发展。
The development of beef cattle industry is an important measure for Jilin Province to deeply implement the strategy of rural revitalization. Since the implementation of the ten million beef cattle project，remarkable results have been achieved in terms of industrial scale，project construction，industrial park construction，the formation of agglomeration pattern，and the strengthening of policy measures. However，the restrictions of traditional breeding methods，the insufficient extension of the industrial chain，the insufficient support of supporting industries，the need to improve market competitiveness，and the impact of the COVID-19 have hindered the rapid and sustainable development of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province. In view of these problems，it is suggested to realize high-quality development of the beef cattle industry by gradually increasing the production capacity of the beef cattle industry，implementing the extension of the whole industrial chain，integrating elements to support industrial development，and constantly improving the market competitiveness of products.
