完善的农业综合服务体系能够提高农业生产效率、提升管理水平、完善监管措施、保障粮食安全，可以为加快推进脱贫致富与发展农业现代化发挥积极作用。当前，吉林省正因地制宜开展农业社会化服务、不断提升农业综合服务的信息化水平与农业科技服务水平，但同时也存在农业综合服务管理水平有限、专业人员素质达不到要求与农业专业化服务程度不突出等问题。通过提出搭建“一站式”服务平台、完善现代农业三大体系建设、强化政策支持与协调管理、组建农业综合服务高层次团队等对策，完善吉林省高效能农业综合服务体系，推进新农村建设与现代农业发展。
A sound comprehensive agricultural service system can improve agricultural production efficiency，improve management，improve supervision measures，ensure food security，and play a positive role in accelerating poverty alleviation and agricultural modernization. At present，Jilin Province is carrying out agricultural socialized service according to local conditions，and constantly improving the informatization level of agricultural comprehensive service and the service level of agricultural science and technology. But there are also some problems such as the limited management level of agricultural comprehensive service，so the quality of professional personnel is not up to the requirements and the degree of agricultural professional service is not outstanding. By putting forward some countermeasures，such as building a “one-stop” service platform，improving the construction of the three systems of modern agriculture，strengthening policy support and coordinated management，and setting up high-level agricultural comprehensive service team，this paper aims to improve the efficient agricultural comprehensive service system of Jilin Province，and promote the construction of new countryside and the development of modern agriculture.
