2022年以来，吉林省农业农村经济稳字当头、稳中求进，顶住了多种不确定性冲击，国家农高区、千亿斤粮食工程、千万头肉牛工程等重大项目启动或顺利推进，农业经济总量有望达到3100亿元，粮食总产量可望达到850亿斤，为国家粮食安全和东北地区“五个安全”提供更加强大的保障，也为吉林省中长期农业农村发展奠定了良好基础。在此基础上，本文针对粮丰业强民富的结构性矛盾、农业农村要素支撑不容乐观、气候变化等不确定因素频繁显现、区域经济带动农业农村作用有限、农业农村经济发展规律亟待关注等问题，提出了相应的对策建议：加快全面振兴步伐，提升对农业农村现代化的带动作用；强化科技支撑能力，把农业生产力跃升放在重要位置；实施重大特大工程，突出保障国家粮食安全核心地位；融入全国统一市场，全力增强农业农村要素保障能力；深化农村综合改革，激活资源资产资本资金转换能力；坚持绿水青山发展，着力展现农业农村发展生态价值。
Since 2022，the agricultural and rural economy of Jilin Province has been stable and progressive，withstanding the impact of various uncertainties，and major projects have been launched or smoothly advanced，and the total agricultural economy is expected to reach more than 310 billion yuan，and the total grain output is expected to reach more than 42.5 million tons，providing a stronger guarantee for national food security and the “five security” in Northeast China，and also laying a good foundation for the medium-and long-term agricultural and rural development of Jilin Province. On this basis，this paper pays attention to deep-seated problems such as the law of agricultural and rural economic development，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
