In recent years，Feixi County has come up with a new model of Party building that features collective forces for collective development，which is characterized by the concentration of all forces and resources conducive to social development with Party organizations at the center；and the deep integration of Party work and social development，with Party building leading development and development promoting Party building. It is manifested in three aspects，namely，the implementation of Party-led personnel strategy that features the concentration of first-class talents for the promotion of first-class development，which serves as the core competitive force of Feixi County；the development of Party cadres through spiritual training，professional enhancement，talent practice and moral development；and the promotion of the integrative optimization of grassroots political ecology through the organizational，developmental and service abilities of grassroots Party organizations. The development of the three aspects promotes sustainable economic and social development of Feixi County.
