为推动跨境电商加速成渝地区制造业与国际市场接轨，实现成渝两地“制造业+跨境电商”产业优势互补、协同发展，本文基于成渝地区“制造业+跨境电商”产业生态圈，梳理成渝地区“制造业+跨境电商”发展现状，明确“制造业+跨境电商”协同发展存在的问题和机遇，从出口产品、跨境物流、供应链金融、人才培养、营商环境等五个方面提出促进成渝地区“制造业+跨境电商”协同发展建议，以期提升成渝地区制造业产业链供应链现代化水平。
In order to accelerate the integration of the manufacturing industry in Chengdu-Chongqing region with the international market，and realize the complementary advantages and coordinated development of the “manufacturing + cross-border e-commerce” in Chengdu-Chongqing region，the report summarizes the development status of “manufacturing + cross-border e-commerce” in Chengdu-Chongqing region based on the industrial ecosystem of “manufacturing + cross-border e-commerce”. It put forward suggestions to promote the collaborative development of “manufacturing + cross-border e-commerce” in Chengdu-Chongqing region from five aspects，including export products，cross-border logistics，supply chain finance，talent training，and business environment，and identify the problems and opportunities in the collaborative development of “manufacturing+cross-border e-commerce” in order to improve the modernization level of the manufacturing industry chain and supply chain in Chengdu-Chongqing region.
