近年来，跨境电商已经成为当前发展速度快、潜力大、带动作用强的外贸新业态，综试区与自贸区作为推动跨境电商发展的重要平台，发挥了举足轻重的战略作用，但随着产业高质量发展的深入，综试区与自贸区在推动跨境电商发展方面遇到诸多瓶颈。本文以河南省综试区与自贸区为例，系统梳理了综试区与自贸区在跨境电商产业发展过程中发挥的重要作用，分析了当前“两区”融合发展面临的困难挑战，重点在于融合不畅、区域不均、创新不足等，并系统提出了相关建议举措。
In recent years，cross-border e-commerce has become a new form of foreign trade with great potential and strong driving effect. As an important platform to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce，the pilot free trade zone and the comprehensive test area have played an important strategic role. However，with the deepening of high-quality development of the industry，comprehensive test areas and free trade zones have encountered many bottlenecks in promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce. Taking Henan Province’s pilot free trade zone and comprehensive test area as an example，the report systematically sorted out the important role played by the pilot free trade zone and the comprehensive test area in the development process of cross-border e-commerce industry，analyzed the difficulties and challenges faced by the integrated development between them，and systematically put forward relevant suggestions and measures.
