“The belt and road initiative” is 10th anniversary in 2023. In the past ten years，the international cooperation of cross-border e-commerce between China and countries of “the belt and road” has been deepening. Cross-border e-commerce has become a new channel of international economic and trade cooperation gradually. Based on an in-depth analysis of the development status and problems of cross-border e-commerce supply chain and logistics system in the context of the “the belt and road” initiative，thes report puts forward the strategies from six aspects such as strengthening information exchange，improving infrastructure，strengthening logistics coordination，accelerating talent training，promoting logistics system construction，and accelerating overseas warehouse construction. It also proposes that the cross-border e-commerce industry will tend to concentrate in the future，traditional logistics enterprises will accelerate the transformation of supply chain service providers，and overseas warehouses will become an important fulcrum for the development of cross-border e-commerce.
