数字经济时代,消费者对个性化产品、即时性服务提出了更高要求,使跨境电商供应链网络迫切需要实时获取消费者数据并反哺研发生产环节,因此建立数字化供应链并推动“全链协同”成为行业发展趋势。本文首先分析了跨境电商数字化供应链“全链协同”的概念、特征和协同机制,并以快时尚跨境电商企业SHEIN为例,解析其在消费者洞察、设计创新、海量测试、智能发布、柔性生产、高效物流、数字营销方面的数字化实践,认为“全链协同”的数字化供应链是其取得成功的重要底色。当前我国跨境电商已经从产品出海步入品牌出海、平台出海阶段,数据化能力和数字化供应链在电商领域的价值正在不断释放,构筑“全链协同”的数字化供应链将成为跨境电商企业的发展护城河。
In the era of digital economy,consumers have put forward higher requirements for personalized products and instant services which makes the cross-border e-commerce supply chain network obtaining consumer data in real time and feeding back the research and development urgently. Therefore,establishing a digital supply chain and promoting “full chain collaboration” has become a trend of industry development. The report firstly analyzes the concept,characteristics,and collaborative mechanism of “full chain collaboration” in the digital supply chain of cross-border e-commerce. Taking fast fashion cross-border e-commerce enterprise SHEIN as an example,it analyzes its digital practices in consumer insight,design innovation,massive testing,intelligent release,flexible production,efficient logistics,and digital marketing. It supposed that the digital supply chain of “full chain collaboration” is an important foundation for its success. At present,China’s cross-border e-commerce has entered the stage of brand and platform going overseas from product going overseas. The value of digital capabilities and digital supply chains are constantly being released in the e-commerce field. The construction of a “full chain collaboration” digital supply chain will become the development moat of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
