跨境电商作为中国外贸的新业态、新模式和新动能,已经成为促进我国经济长期增长和国际竞争力提升的关键,全球化背景下跨境电商企业的供应链布局对于提高跨境电商的效率和全球竞争力至关重要。本文从跨境电商供应链的困难与挑战入手,总结了全球化背景下跨境电商供应链发展的影响因素,从全球跨境产业链变迁的视角,提出了全球化背景下跨境电商供应链布局的目标和基本思路,并结合具体案例提出了跨境电商企业供应链全球化的路径选择与布局策略。本文提出的基本思路是,通过“三流”(物流、商流、信息流)与“三端”(跨境电商供应链前端、中端、末端)充分结合,以“三化”(跨境电商供应链本地化、数字化和柔性化)作为手段,实现全球化背景下跨境电商企业供应链全球化布局。
Cross-border e-commerce,as the new form,the new model and the new driving force of China’s foreign trade,has become the key to promote the long-term economic growth and enhance the international competitiveness. In the context of globalization,the supply chain layout of cross-border e-commerce enterprises is crucial to improve the efficiency and global competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce. The report starts with the difficulties and challenges of cross-border e-commerce supply chain,summarizes the factors affecting the development of cross-border e-commerce supply chain in the context of globalization,proposes the objectives and basic ideas of cross-border e-commerce supply chain layout from the perspective of global cross-border industrial chain changes,and puts forward the path selection and layout strategy of cross-border e-commerce supply chain globalization. This paper proposed to fully integrate the “three flows”(logistics,business flow and information flow) with the “three ends” (front,middle and end of cross-border e-commerce supply chain),and use the “three modernizations” (localization,digitization,and flexibility of cross-border e-commerce supply chain) as the means to realize the global layout of cross-border e-commerce supply chain under the background of globalization.
