2022年，越南对外贸易继续保持稳定的增长势头。在世界政治经济形势复杂演变的背景下，越南出台一系列政策化解外部风险。全年越南货物贸易进出口总额、出口总额和进口总额均实现增长。进出口商品结构和市场结构不断优化，贸易平衡持续改善，但在此过程中对外贸易依旧呈现出明显的依赖性。越南与各大贸易伙伴的经贸关系积极向好。中国连续18年成为越南第一大贸易伙伴，在双边利好政策推动下，中越经贸关系发展前景广阔。美国成为越南第一个超过千亿美元规模的出口市场。在多个自由贸易协定的叠加作用下，越南与东盟、欧盟等市场的贸易不断出现新的增长点。2023年，在全球经济下行压力加大、发达经济体持续趋弱的背景下，越南对外贸易形势将受到有利因素与不利因素的交织影响，进出口增长前景复杂难测。
In 2022，Vietnam’s foreign trade continued to maintain a steady growth. Against the background of the complex evolution of the world’s political and economic situation，Vietnam introduced a series of policies to resolve external risks. Throughout the year，Vietnam’s total export-import volume，gross export and gross import of trade in goods all increased. The structure of cargoes imported and exported，as well as market mechanisms was optimized constantly，trade balance continued to be improved，however，the foreign trade still demonstrated the obvious dependence. The economic and trade relationship between Vietnam and its major trade partners showed positive signs. China has been Vietnam’s largest trading partner for 18 consecutive years，driven by bilateral favourable policies，China-Vietnam economic and trade enjoyed a broad prospect. The United States became Vietnam’s first export market with a scale of more than 100 billion dollars. New growth points in Vietnam’s trade with ASEAN，EU and other markets emerged continuously due to the mutiple effects of several FTA. In 2023，the downward pressure of global economy will be mounting，deceloped economies will continue to be weakening，against such a backdrop，Vietnam’s foreign trade situation will be affected by both favourable and unfavourable factors，and the import and export growth outlook will be complicated.
