2022年越南海洋经济总体发展平稳。海洋捕捞业经受了油价上涨带来的不利影响，产量基本稳定。海洋油气业超额完成计划开采量，多项经济指标创历史新高。海洋旅游业迎来强劲复苏，国内游客暴涨并创历史新高，国际游客人数未达预期。海洋交通运输业港口吞吐量、海运船队运力规模的世界排名逐步上升。海洋船舶业仍然未能走出债务危机带来的负面影响，但新增手持订单量较上一年增加，军用舰船国产化持续推进。
In 2022，Vietnam marine economy demonstrated a steady development as a whole. Despite the adverse impact of the rising oil price，the production of marine fishing industry was roughly stable. Offshore oil and gas industry outstripped the scheduled exploitation quantity，a number of economic indicators hit a new height. Marine tourism experienced a robust recovery，the number of domestic tourists increased rapidly and hit a new height，however，the number of international visitors didn’t meet the expectation. The world rankings of marine communication and transportation industry’s port handling capacity and the ocean fleet capacity scale were both improved. The marine shipbuilding industry failed to shake off the negative influence of the debt crisis，but the new handling orders were more than theones last year，there was a continuous improvement in military ship domestication.
