2022年，越南政治和社会形势总体保持平稳，越南共产党继续巩固其领导和执政地位，通过召开十三届五中、六中全会及特别会议贯彻落实党的十三大精神，引领越南政治、经济和社会发展。越南第十五届国会通过召开第三、第四次会议及特别会议，推进立法、监督工作，促进社会主义法治国家建设。继续健全反腐败工作机制，加大反腐败工作力度，提升越共在人民心中的威望。继续加强党和领导干部队伍建设，重视意识形态领域内的斗争。2022年底和2023年初，越南高层个别领导人职务有所调整。
In 2022，Vietnam’s political and social situation maintained steady development in general，CPV continued to consolidate its leadership and ruling position，convened the 5th and 6th plenary sessions as well as special sessions of its 13th Central Committee，to implement the guiding principles of the 13th CPV National Congress，and to lead Vietnam’s political，economic and social development. The 15th National Assembly of Vietnam held its 3rd and 4th meetings as well as special meetings to promote legislation，supervision and the construction of a country under the rule of law in Vietnam. The anti-corruption working mechanism construction was continuously improved，anti-corruption efforts were intensified，the prestige of CPV in the minds of Vietnamese people was enhanced. The party building of CPV and the construction of leading cadres team were strengthened，ideological confrontation was emphasized. In late 2022 and early 2023，there were several adjustments of senior leading positions in Vietnam.
