拓展城市空间魅力始终是城市发展的核心议题。城市的吸引力和宜居性不仅关系到居民的生活质量，还直接影响城市的竞争力和可持续发展。在这个背景下，大尺度空间的场所营造成为城市规划和发展的重要方向之一。本文基于新加坡重建局近期发布的《如何打造一个优秀的大尺度场所》报告，分析新加坡过去二十年场所营造工作的演变和发展，研究新加坡城市规划和设计中场所营造的有益案例。文中对滨海湾、新加坡河等大尺度空间场所营造措施对我国城市建设的借鉴意义进行了总结。
Expanding the charm of urban spaces has always been a core issue in urban development. The attractiveness and livability of a city not only affect the residents’ quality of life but also directly impact the city’s competitiveness and sustainable development. Against this backdrop，the placemaking of large-scale spatial environments has become one of the key directions in urban planning and development. In 2021，the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore published How to Make a Great Place detailing the evolution and development of place-making efforts in Singapore over the past two decades. The publication also shares valuable case studies in place-making from Singapore’s urban planning and design，with a focus on large-scale spaces like Marina Bay and Singapore River，offering insights and inspiration for urban development in our country.
