在俄乌冲突背景下，国际能源形势日趋紧张，日本不失时机地加强了能源外交，重点与中东传统油气国加强能源合作关系，拓展并深化对非洲和亚太地区一些国家能源外交。长期以来，日本对国际能源环境的重大变化保持高度关注。为了防患于未然，日本往往快速做出反应，把强化能源外交作为确保国内能源安全的重要手段。俄乌冲突对国际能源地缘政治影响深远，使得日本能源外交面临不少新的挑战与问题。受限于日本外交结构性因素以及国际大环境影响，今后日本能源外交能否顺利推行还有待进一步观察。
In the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict，the international energy situation is becoming increasingly tense，and Japan lost no time in strengthening energy diplomacy. Japan has strengthened energy cooperation relations with traditional oil and gas countries in the Middle East，and expanded and deepened its energy diplomacy with some countries in Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. For a long time，Japan has been paying close attention to significant changes in the international energy environment. In order to prevent a crisis，Japan must respond quickly and strengthen energy diplomacy as an essential means to ensure domestic energy security. The Russia-Ukraine conflict profoundly impacts international energy geopolitics，and Japan’s energy diplomacy is facing many new challenges and problems. Limited by the structural factors of Japan’s diplomacy and the influence of the international environment，it remains to be seen whether Japan’s energy diplomacy may develop smoothly，tortuously，or hesitatingly in the future.
