2022年，柬埔寨第三次担任东盟轮值主席国。在复杂国际局势下，柬埔寨持续推进东盟共同体建设，以其工作实绩承担起“主动作为”“自主中立”“开放包容”“经济引领”的主席国角色。在其作为主席国地位的推动下，柬埔寨迎来了其外交事业的“高光时刻”，同时也为国家在后疫情时代经济的快速复苏积蓄力量。
In 2022，Cambodia assumed the rotating chairmanship of ASEAN for the third time. Despite the complex international situation，Cambodia has continued to promote the building of the ASEAN community，and taken on a proactive，independent，and neutralrole，as well as an open，inclusive，and economic-leading role of the chairmanship with all the achievements of ASEAN. Still with the support of the ASEAN chairmanship，Cambodia ushered in a “highlight moment” in its diplomatic undertakings，and built strength for its upcoming economic recovery in the post-pandemic era.
