2022年是充满挑战的一年，中国以更坚定的行动为充满不稳定性不确定性的世界走向光明未来贡献力量，积极参与全球生态文明建设，加快构筑尊崇自然、绿色发展的生态体系。我国学者对国际环境法基本理论、生物多样性保护、海洋环境治理、应对气候变化等全球共同关切的环境议题进行深入思考与研究，为国际环境法治建设提供了有益的理论参考。同时，中国从全球环境治理的积极参与者转为积极贡献者，以实际行动积极推动全球环境治理进程并提出世界环境保护和可持续发展的中国方案，展现负责任大国的形象和担当。
The year 2022 is still full of challenges. China will contribute to the bright future of the world full of instability and uncertainty with firmer actions，actively participate in the construction of global ecological civilization，and accelerate the construction of an ecological system that respects nature and green development. Scholars have conducted in-depth studies on the basic theoretical issues of international environmental law，biodiversity protection，marine environmental governance，response to climate change and other global environmental issues of common concern，which provide a useful theoretical reference for the construction of international environmental law. At the same time，China has changed from an active participant in global environmental governance to an active contributor，actively participates in global ecological environment governance，contributes to China’s program of world environmental protection and sustainable development，showing China’s responsibility as a responsible major country.
