当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局，世界和平与发展面临严峻挑战，国际经贸体制及规则面临深刻调整和重构。在新的战略环境下，中国面临国际经贸秩序变革所带来的巨大风险，也迎来了参与全球经济治理的重要机遇。2022年，围绕法治“一带一路”建设、制裁与反制裁规制、世界贸易组织改革、数字贸易治理、新型国际经贸协定、国际投资争端解决机制、全球税改等热点问题，中国国际经济法学界进行了较为集中的研究，对相关法律制度完善与创新作出了积极探索。
The world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century. World peace and development face severe challenges，and the international economic and trade system and its rules face profound adjustment and restructuring. In the new strategic environment，China faces great risks brought by the reform of the international economic and trade order，as well as important opportunities to participate in global economic governance. In 2022，Chinese scholars of international economic law conducted intensive studies on such hot issues as the rule of law on the “Belt and Road” Initiative，legal regulation of the unilateral economic sanctions and Countermeasures，WTO reform，digital trade governance，new international economic and trade agreements，international investment dispute settlement mechanism，and global tax reform，and actively explored the improvement and innovation of relevant legal systems.
