In 2022，the world was experiencing new turbulent changes，and various global challenges are complicated and intertwined. As a responsible developing country，China firmly upholds the international order based on international law，actively advocates and practices international rules，calls for the legalization of international governance. China unhesitatingly supports the reform agenda of the United Nations，contributes to the compilation and development of international law，actively facilitates international governance in the fields of peace and security，public health，human rights and the “global commons” as sea，air，outer space and cyber-space. In addition，China puts efforts in shaping multilateral trade system，strengthening intellectual property，finance and taxation supervision，and provides support for international judicial practice.
