In 2021，Changping District Ming Tombs Administrative Center，as the site manager of the World Cultural Heritage property，carried out conservation，management，research use of the property pursuant to the guidelines for cultural heritage work. Inventions including the conservation works for the property fabrics and construction of protective facilities and infrastructure were conducted according to relevant national regulations and rules. All the repair works completed met relevant national norms and acceptance standards. Monitoring of important factors affecting the property，including property fabrics，environmental quality，and infrastructure. Diseases and hazards affecting heritage elements have been effectively controlled or eliminated through daily inspections and conservation and repair activities. The property in its entirety secures a good state of conservation. All the processes of repair and daily maintenance projects for the duty room for eunuchs of Deling Tomb，Divine Stable of Maoling Tomb，and historic buildings of Changling Tomb，including inauguration，technical hand-off，implementation，acceptance，completion documentation，and financial settlement，have been completed. Diseases and hazards are generally under control. The overall layout of the property did not see fundamental changes.
