中国海洋生态环境质量呈现稳中趋好的发展趋势。通过对《中国海洋生态环境状况公报》中相关指标的分析以及对2019年我国典型海洋生态实践的归纳总结，可以发现2018～2019年我国加大了利用科技力量保障海洋生态环境治理工作的力度；相关制度设计也日趋完善；在海洋生态保护总体思路上体现出由“海陆二元”向“海陆一体”的一元观转变的趋势。但是，目前我国海洋环境保护过程中的群众参与并不乐观，成为实现海洋生态文明建设目标的一大困境。另外，入海污染物也朝着更加多样化的方向发展，这都给未来海洋生态带来巨大压力。
The quality of China’s marine environment is show a steady but positive trend. Based on the analysis of relevant indicators in the “Bulletin of China Marine Ecological Environment Status” and the summary of typical Marine ecological practices in 2019，it can be found that China has made intense efforts to ensure the Marine ecological environment governance with scientific and technological power in 2018～2019. Relevant regulations are also tending to be increasingly perfected；The general idea of Marine ecological protection shows the trend of changing from “sea-land duality” to “land-sea unity”. However，at present，the citizen’s participation in the process of Marine environmental protection in China is not optimistic，which has become a major difficulty in realizing the goal of Marine ecological civilization construction. In addition，pollutants into the sea are also developing in a more diversified direction，which will bring great pressure on the Marine ecology in the future.
