2022年上海合作组织在人文合作方面克服新冠疫情和俄乌冲突带来的困难，取得了不小的成绩，在合作抗疫、文化艺术交流、学术研究等领域尤为明显。取得这些进展的主要原因是上合组织和成员国领导人重视、轮值主席国发挥的积极作用和该组织秘书长及秘书处成员的身体力行。与此同时，人文合作中也存在一些问题和不足，需要我们努力克服和改进。
In 2022，the SCO overcame the difficulties brought by the COVID-19 pandemic and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine，achieving significant progress in humanities cooperation. This progress was particularly evident in cooperation in pandemic prevention and control，cultural and artistic exchanges，and academic research. The main reasons for these achievements were the attention paid by the SCO and its member states’ leaders，the active role played by the rotating presidency，and the physical efforts of the SCO Secretary-General and its Secretariat members. At the same time，some problems and shortcomings in humanities cooperation also need to be overcome and improved.
