康养旅游产业是后疫情时代下青岛市旅游业可持续发展的重要突破口。为了更好地提高青岛市康养旅游产业对整体经济的牵引力，本文首先分析了青岛市康养旅游产业的发展基础以及后疫情时代下该产业发展的优势与不足，系统梳理了国内外康养旅游产业典型案例，深入探讨了海洋经济特色地区发展康养旅游产业的突破口。研究发现：目前，政策扶持和科技支撑方面的优势突出，需求端产品服务和供给端风险抵御表现差。后疫情时代下康养旅游产业主要集中于康复治疗、休闲养生和健体强身需求。以需求端作为开发导向，其供给端融合可以重点关注资源、人力、技术和资本等要素。最后，本文结合供给端和需求端两方面设计了青岛市“海洋+康养旅游”的创新发展模式。
Health care tourism industry is an important breakthrough for the sustainable development of Qingdao tourism industry in the post-epidemic era. To better improve the traction of Qingdao health care tourism industry to the overall economy，this paper firstly analyzes the development basis of the health care tourism industry in Qingdao and the development advantages and disadvantages of the industry in the post-epidemic era. Then this paper systematically compares the typical cases of health care tourism industry at home and abroad，exploring breakthroughs for developing this sector in marine resource endowment regions. The research reveals that currently，policy support and technological backing are prominent strengths，while product services on the demand side and risk mitigation on the supply side are inadequate. In the post-pandemic era，the health care tourism industry in Qingdao mainly focuses on therapeutic recovery，leisure health，and physical fitness needs. With a demand-oriented approach，the integration of resources，human capital，technology，and finance should be emphasized on the supply side. Lastly，this paper designs the innovative development model of “marine+health care tourism” in Qingdao，combining the supply side and demand side.
