元代丝绸之路上的医药文化交流十分频繁，各地的药物和医方经丝绸之路源源不断地传入中原，被中原医家接受和使用，在一定程度上改变了中医药的进程。本文梳理元代丝绸之路上的医药贸易，研究中原医家对外来药物和医方的认识和使用，以及元代社会各群体对外来药物和医方的态度，在此基础上探讨元代丝绸之路的医药文化交流。
There were frequent medical and cultural exchanges on the Silk Road in the Yuan Dynasty. Medicines and medical prescriptions from all over the world were continuously introduced into the Central Plains from the Silk Road and were accepted and used by the doctors in the Central Plains，which changed the process of traditional Chinese medicine to some extent. This article combs the medicine trade on the Silk Road of Yuan Dynasty，studies the understanding and usage of foreign medicines and medical prescriptions by traditional Chinese medicine in Central Plains，and explores the attitudes of various social groups in Yuan Dynasty towards foreign medicines and medical prescriptions. On these bases，it discusses the medical and cultural exchanges in the Silk Road of the Yuan Dynasty.
