This article explores the governmental policies of the Yuan dynasty toward Hui-Hui people and Hui-Hui cultural influence upon the Chinese society.The article is based on the research on An Extensive Guide Book for Daily Use，a book compiled in the Song dynasty and repeatedly printed during the Yuan and Ming dynasties.The main discussions include the alien countries，the Yuan governmental policies toward the Hui people concerning their tradition and their political rights，and the popularity of some of Hui halal food in Chinese society during these dynasties.
