“一带一路”建设是新形势下中国对外开放的重要倡议，也是中国经济社会发展的重大历史机遇，而南方丝绸之路是古丝绸之路的重要组成部分，重构南方丝绸之路是“一带一路”建设的重要内容。“一带一路”沿线国家众多，民族多样，宗教多元，民族文化和宗教文化丰富而厚重，其中，伊斯兰文化和回族文化是“一带一路”建设和重构南方丝绸之路的重要资源。因此，要在传承和弘扬伊斯兰文化和回族优秀传统文化的基础上，进一步加强回族文化建设，积极引导伊斯兰教与社会主义社会相适应，充分调动和发挥回族穆斯林和回族文化在“一带一路”建设中的积极作用。
The Construction of “One Belt One Road” is the important strategic layout for China's opening policy in the new situation as well as the great historical opportunity for China's economic and social development.While the Southern Silk Road is an important part of the ancient Silk Road，reconstructing the Southern Silk Road is an important content in constructing “One Belt One Road”.All the way along “One Belt One Road”，it involves many countries，diverse ethnics，plural religions，rich and thick cultures.Among them，Islamic culture and Hui culture are important resources for the construction and reconstruction of the Southern Silk Road.Therefore，on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward Islamic culture and the excellent traditional culture of Hui，we need to further strengthening the construction of Hui culture，actively guide Islam to be adapted to socialism，and fully mobilize and exert the positive role of Hui Muslim and Hui culture in constructing “One Belt One Road”.
