本文总结了东帝汶中文教育发展的基本历程及现状。其中,华文学校建制较为完善,从幼儿园到小学、中学,教育系统较为完整;经贸合作的基础设施建设、能源、农业等重点领域的迅猛发展为东帝汶中文教育提供发展契机;两国间合作中文教育交流项目历史悠久、层次多样、内容广泛,为东帝汶中文教育发展提供多元化路径。但东帝汶中文教育依旧存在基础设施薄弱且未受到重视;未设立孔子学院,华文教学机构较少;本土汉语师资匮乏,缺乏中文师资培养机制与教学标准等问题。基于问题分析,本文对该国中文教育的可持续发展提出建议,即拓宽中文教育宣传渠道,助推中文纳入国民教育体系,增设孔子学院或课堂等中文教学机构,注重提升本土师资培养质量。
This paper summarizes the basic history and current situation of the development of Chinese language education in Timor-Leste. The rapid development of key areas of economic and trade cooperation,such as infrastructure construction,energy and agriculture,provides opportunities for the development of Chinese language education in Timor-Leste;the long history of Chinese language education exchange programs between the two countries,with various levels and extensive contents,provides diversified paths for the development of Chinese language education. However,Chinese language education in Timor-Leste still suffers from poor infrastructure and lack of attention,the absence of Confucius Institutes and few Chinese language teaching institutions,the lack of local Chinese language teachers and the lack of training mechanisms and teaching standards. Based on the analysis of the problems,suggestions are made for the sustainable development of Chinese language education in Timor-Leste,namely,to broaden the channels for promoting Chinese language education,to promote the integration of Chinese into the national education system,to establish more Chinese teaching institutions such as Confucius Institutes or classrooms,and to focus on improving the quality of local teacher training.
