本文以喀麦隆雅温得第二大学孔子学院(以下简称雅二大孔院)为个案,探索雅二大孔院本土化现状及发展模式。研究发现,雅二大孔院在喀麦隆国家政策的大力支持下,通过“一院多点”办学模式,不断拓宽办学渠道,丰富办学内涵,着力发展学历教育,注重低龄化汉语教学,本土化整体发展水平较高;形成了“语言教育+文化推广”“语言教育+职业教育”“学历教育+非学历教育”“本土师资培养+师资培训”相结合的本土化模式,夯实了雅二大孔院的民意基础,推进了其本土化发展进程,对非洲其他国家孔子学院本土化发展具有较好的启示与借鉴意义。
This paper investigates the status quo,developing model and implications of localization of Confucius Institute in Cameroon. The results show that under the strong support of Cameroon government and running-model of “Yi Yuan Duo Dian”,the localization of Confucius Institute is relatively high by expanding its function,enriching its teaching contents,paying great attention to developing diploma education,stressing Chinese language education for elementary education stage. As a result,the Confucius Institute has come into its unique localization model in relation to “language education+culture transmission”,“language education+vocational education”,“diploma education+non-diploma education”,“local Chinese teachers cultivation+local Chinese teachers training”,which leads to its high-level integration into the local society. The results of this study produce insight into the localization of other Confucius Institute in Africa.
