At present，in the field of Icebreaker，although all countries have ambitious plans to build Icebreaker，the overall progress is slow，and it is difficult to break Russia’s absolute advantage in the short term. In the field of communication systems，there is a significant gap between the needs and capabilities of various countries，and satellite communication and international cooperation will be the key directions for the construction of Arctic communication systems in various countries in the future. In the field of experimental equipment，the trend of equipment autonomy and intelligence is increasingly evident，which provides opportunities for traditional Arctic research vulnerable countries to overtake on bends. As for China，it should increase cooperation with Russia in the field of Icebreaker，and achieve complementary advantages through purchase，lease，joint construction，etc；In terms of communication systems，while strengthening the polar communication capabilities of the Beidou system，we will also strengthen cooperation with EU countries；In the field of intelligent experimental equipment，continue to increase investment and achieve leapfrog development.
