产业结构是推动经济发展的重要因素，反之经济发展能推动产业结构演进吗？基于此，本文分析判断了海洋渔业发展对海洋渔业产业结构演进的作用关系。结果显示：海洋渔业经济发展与海洋渔业产业结构演进存在协整关系，海洋渔业经济增长率、经济波动与经济发展质量能够对海洋渔业产业结构演进产生影响，海洋渔业在产业结构上具有自我调整功能。同时，海洋渔业经济增长率、经济波动和经济发展质量对海洋渔业产业结构高级化和合理化演进的影响具有显著差异，主要表现为影响海洋渔业产业结构高级化和合理化演进的主要因素不同，即海洋渔业经济发展质量是影响海洋渔业产业结构高级化演进的主要因素，海洋渔业经济波动是影响海洋渔业产业结构合理化演进的主要因素。
Industrial structure is an important factor influencing economic development. On the contrary，can economic development promote the evolution of industrial structure？Based on this，this paper analyzes the relationship between marine fisheries development and the evolution of industrial structure. The results show that there is a cointegration relationship between the both. The economic growth rate，fluctuations and quality of marine fisheries are the factors that influence the evolution of its industrial structure. Marine fishery has a self-adjusting function in the industrial structure. At the same time，the impact of marine fishery economic growth rate，economic fluctuations and economic quality on the advanced and rationalized evolution of marine fishery industrial structure has significant differences. This is mainly manifested in that the main factors affecting the advanced and rationalized evolution of marine fishery industrial structure are different，namely，marine fisheries economic quality is the main factor affecting the advancement evolution of the marine fishery industrial structure，and the economic fluctuation of the marine fishery is the main factor affecting the rationalization evolution of the marine fishery industrial structure.
