中国文化遗产研究院珍藏有大量文物保护及工程档案相关的历史资料。它们不仅是中国文物保护工程和科研项目的重要档案资料，也是中国世界遗产资源保护研究的重要见证和特殊物质载体，历史价值和科研价值尤为突出。近年来，中国文化遗产研究院实施了历史资料高清数字扫描，并开展数字资产管理系统研发方面的相关探索，试图以数字化资源带动遗产资源活化利用工作。本报告简要介绍相关工作情况和阶段性成果，并对数字资产管理系统设计及基本框架进行摘要解读，同时从继续加大高清数字化范围、搭建知识服务体系及加快相关文物保护史研究三方面提出进一步优化策略。
The China Academy of Cultural Heritage（CACH）has a rich collection of historical materials related to cultural relics protection and projects archives. These documents serve as important records of China’s cultural heritage protection projects and scientific research projects，as well as important witnesses and special material carriers of China’s research on the protection of World Cultural Heritage，and are of outstanding historical and scientific values. In recent years，CACH has implemented high-definition digital scanning of historical data and carried out related explorations in the development of digital asset management systems，seeking to promote the revitalization and utilization of cultural heritage through digital resources. This report briefly introduces the relevant work and stage results，concisely interprets the design and basic framework of the digital asset management system，and proposes further optimization strategies from three aspects：further expanding the scope of HD digitization，building a knowledge service system，and accelerating research on the preservation history of relevant cultural relics.
