2022年时逢《世界遗产公约》诞生50周年，俄乌冲突为原定于俄罗斯喀山举办的第45届世界遗产委员会会议蒙上了阴霾，但也激发了国际社会对公约精神的思考和对乌克兰境内文化遗产的保护行动。第18届《世界遗产公约》缔约国会议审议通过的为期十年的《2012—2022战略行动计划与设想》在2022年接近尾声，6项目标、17个优先事项基本得到落实，围绕遗产影响评估、风险管理、保护水下遗产、应对气候变化、推动可持续旅游和数字资源可持续利用等方面的学术性和实践性探索仍在继续。中国自加入《世界遗产公约》以来，始终践行公约精神，积极推动国际遗产合作与文化交流，积极参与国际趋势性议题，走出了一条符合中国国情的世界遗产保护利用之路。中国作为负责任的遗产大国，仍需在《世界遗产公约》的“下一个50年”中更加主动作为，积极参与世界遗产主题计划、倡议和热点议题的探讨，贡献中国智慧和中国方案。
The year 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the adoption of the World Heritage Convention. Although the Russian-Ukrainian war overshadowed the 45th session of the World Heritage Committee，the war also served as an opportunity for the international community to reflect on the spirit of the Convention and to take action to protect cultural heritage in Ukraine. The Strategic Action Plan for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention 2012-2022，adopted by the 18th session of the General Assembly of States Parties，is coming to a close in 2022. Six goals and 17 priorities have been implemented，and research on heritage impact assessment，risk management，preservation of underwater heritage，response to climate change，promotion of sustainable tourism，and sustainable use of digital resources will continue. Since joining the World Heritage Convention，China has consistently adhered to the spirit of the Convention，actively promoted international heritage cooperation and cultural exchanges，and participated in international issues. This has allowed China to forge a path for the protection and valorization of world cultural heritage in accordance with China’s national conditions. China，as a responsible country with a rich cultural heritage，should take a more proactive role in “The Next 50” of the World Heritage Convention. This includes actively participating in World Heritage thematic programs，initiatives，and discussions，and contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions.
