2022年，我国世界文化遗产保存状况继续向好发展。2处遗产地的总体格局发生正面变化，有利于格局价值特征的保存。1处遗产地使用功能发生正面变化，促进了遗产价值的展示和传承。47处遗产地的遗产要素形式、材料等外表特征发生变化，其中95.39%的变化为正面影响，改善了遗产保存状态。68处遗产地记录了详细的病害台账信息，经评估绝大部分病害控制情况较好，其中14.42%的严重病害已经严重恶化，造成较大威胁。针对本年度我国世界文化遗产各项价值特征面临的突出问题和挑战，建议各地重点关注以下工作：提高对遗产周边及更广泛背景环境的保护意识，尽快把遗产格局管控指标和要求纳入国土空间规划，促进遗产保护与城市建设的和谐发展；积极探索新形势下世界文化遗产保护活化利用新途径，促进遗产利用工作融入当地社会经济发展大局；准确识别影响遗产保存的各类因素，加强本体保存状况和影响因素的联动监测，以采取有针对性的保护措施。
In 2022，China’s efforts to preserve its World Cultural Heritage continued to make progress. Two sites underwent positive changes in their overall layout，contributing to the preservation of their attributes of Outstanding Universal Value. One site positively improved its utilization function，contributing to the presentation and preservation of its heritage values. 47 sites underwent changes in their heritage elements，materials，and other external features，with 95.39% showing a positive impact on their preservation status. 68 sites provided detailed disease records，with most diseases considered to be under good control，yet 14.42% of severe diseases have worsened and become more threatening. To address the problems and challenges facing China’s World Cultural Heritage values in 2022，localities should focus on the following work：To promote the harmonious development of cultural heritage protection and urban development，it is important to raise awareness of protecting the heritage surroundings and the broader settings，and introduce the control indicators and requirements for cultural heritage layout into land and urban planning as soon as possible. To promote the integration of heritage utilization into local socio-economic development，it is important to explore new approaches to protect，revitalize，and utilize World Cultural Heritage. Accurately identifying the factors affecting heritage preservation and strengthening monitoring is necessary to implement targeted protection measures.
