休闲渔业是仅次于水产养殖业、海洋捕捞业的第三大水产产业，在渔业经济发展中扮演着重要角色。山东省作为中国北方经济大省，休闲渔业产业发展迅猛，但由于人口、环境、经济水平等因素的影响，山东休闲渔业地区消费潜力持续增强与生产技术水平及销售渠道发展弱势的情况一直得不到有效解决。本文从山东省休闲渔业发展需求出发，采用文献查阅、问卷调查、实地考察等形式走访调研了济南、青岛、潍坊、高唐、滨州五个休闲渔业产业重点城市，并对调研数据进行细致分析，归纳总结了山东省水族产业发展态势及亟须解决的问题。
The leisure fishery plays an important role in the development of fishery economy，as same as aquaculture and Marine fishing. The leisure fishery industry developing rapidly in Shandong province as a economic province in the North of China，due to factors such as population，environment，economic level，the contradiction of leisure fishery in Shandong has been not effectively solved between the regional consumption potential continue to enhance and production technology level to be weak. Based on recreational fishery development needs in Shandong province，this paper adopts literature review，questionnaire survey，on-the-spot investigation form such as visiting survey in Jinan，Qingdao，Weifang，Gaotang and Binzhou five key cities for the leisure fishery industry，and carries on the careful analysis of survey data，summarizes the aquarium industry development situation of Shandong province，points out the existing problem in the development of the aquarium industry in Shandong.
