东盟是全球著名的经济共同体之一，该组织的成员国共有10个，其中有9个是临海国家，因海而生，依海而居。本报告选用东盟官方和联合国贸易与发展会议（UNCTAD）等组织统计的数据，归纳东盟海洋经济的发展环境、发展规模和影响因素，分析海洋旅游业、海洋交通运输业、海洋渔业、海洋油气业等东盟海洋主导产业，结合相关分析对东盟海洋经济发展形势进行预判。本报告还认为，东盟的全面战略伙伴，应在海洋宏观政策、海洋数字经济、保护海洋生物多样性、区域合作等方面有所启示，这也对我国海洋经济高质量发展有一定的帮助。
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations（ASEAN）is one of the world’s most famous economic communities，with a total of 10 member states，of which 9 are coastal countries，born from the sea and living by the sea. This report uses the statistical data of ASEAN officials and organizations such as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development（UNCTAD），summarizes the development environment，development scale and influencing factors of ASEAN marine economy，analyzes the leading industries of ASEAN marine such as coastal tourism，marine transportation，marine fisheries，offshore oil and gas industry，and predicts the development situation of ASEAN marine economy in combination with relevant analysis. This report also believes that as a comprehensive strategic partner of ASEAN，we should have some enlightenment in marine macro policies，marine digital economy，protection of marine biodiversity，regional cooperation and other aspects，which also has a certain role in helping the high-quality development of China’s marine economy.
