2019～2021年，我国海洋经济发展经历了一定曲折，但总体发展趋势依然向好。同期，碳排放量整体呈上升趋势，我国要实现碳达峰的目标还有较长的路要走。本报告通过运用动态空间计量模型，分析碳排放对我国海洋经济发展的影响，结果显示碳排放对海洋经济发展有显著的负向影响，且空间溢出效应也十分明显。为保障未来我国海洋经济的可持续高质量发展，应因地制宜调整海洋产业结构，注重海洋经济的效率改进，注重区域海洋经济发展模式的优化，大力推进产业融合发展，继续加大绿色低碳在海洋经济中的比重，同时充分利用数字手段来为海洋经济发展提供新技术与新途径。
China’s marine economy in 2019-2021，China’s marine economy has gone through some twists and turns，but the overall development trend is still good. During the same period，the overall carbon emissions are on the rise，and China still has a long way to go to achieve the goal of carbon peak. This report uses a dynamic spatial measurement model to analyze the impact of carbon emission on the development of China’s marine economy. The results show that carbon emission has a significant negative impact on the development of marine economy，and the spatial spillover effect is also very obvious. To ensure the future sustainable development of marine economy high quality development，should adjust the marine industrial structure to adjust measures to local conditions，pay attention to the efficiency of marine economy，pay attention to the optimization of regional marine economic development mode，promote the development of industrial integration，continue to increase the proportion of green low carbon in marine economy，and make full use of digital means to provide new technologies and new ways for marine economic development.
