发展蓝碳经济，对于提高碳汇能力实现碳中和、推进海洋生态文明建设具有重要意义。“十二五”至今，我国海洋碳汇逐步得到重视，蓝碳经济发展逐渐迎来发展良机。我国蓝碳资源禀赋优越，在发展蓝碳经济方面优势日益凸显、劣势不容忽视，机遇与挑战并存。在我国推动实现碳达峰碳中和目标背景下，随着海洋生态文明建设和海洋强国战略的不断推进，预计我国蓝碳交易市场将逐步扩大、蓝碳开发的种类将更加丰富多样、蓝碳市场化将促进蓝碳经济高质量发展。为推动我国蓝碳经济在应对气候变化和推进海洋生态文明建设过程中发挥重要作用，建议在完善政策保障体系、加强蓝碳科技研究、开展蓝碳调查监测和评估、推进蓝碳市场交易、拓展国际交流合作等方面加强研究、持续推进。

Under the background of China’s promotion of the goal of achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality，with the continuous advancement of the construction of marine ecological civilization and the strategy of marine power，it is expected that my country’s blue carbon trading market will gradually expand，the types of blue carbon development will be more diverse，and blue carbon marketization will promote the high-quality development of the blue carbon economy. In order to promote China’s blue carbon economy to play an important role in responding to climate change and promoting the construction of marine ecological civilization，it is recommended to improve the policy guarantee system，strengthen blue carbon technology research，carry out blue carbon survey monitoring and evaluation，promote blue carbon market transactions，expand Strengthen research and continue to promote international exchanges and cooperation.
