2022年中央一号文件为渔业的进一步发展指明了方向。本文首先对渔业高质量发展存在问题的研究进行了综述，并分析了海洋渔业的发展现状，主要表现为：一是海洋渔业持续转型升级，养殖与捕捞结构得到进一步优化，种质资源保护与利用能力持续增强，绿色、智能和深远海养殖加速发展；二是渔业科技装备支撑显著增强；三是资源养护取得历史性突破。其次，进一步分析了海洋渔业发展趋势，在此基础上分析了沿海地区渔业发展的部分案例。最后，提出海洋渔业高质量发展的对策，包括加强科技创新、深入实施品牌战略、建立海洋渔业产品追溯体系、推动智慧渔业发展等。
The No.1 Central Document of 2022 points out the direction for the further development of fishery. This article first on fishery problems occurred in development of high-quality research were summarized，and analyzed the development status quo of Marine fisheries，main show is a Marine fishery transition escalating，farming and fishing structure has been further optimized，germplasm resources protection and utilization of capacity continues to strengthen，green，intelligent and deep sea aquaculture accelerated development；Second，the support of fishery science and technology equipment has been significantly enhanced；Third，historic breakthroughs were made in resource conservation. The development trend is further analyzed. On this basis，some cases of fishery development in coastal areas are analyzed. Finally，countermeasures for high-quality development of Marine fishery are put forward：first，strengthen scientific and technological innovation；second，implement brand strategy deeply；third，establish Marine fishery product traceability system；fourth，promote the development of intelligent fishery.
