山东是海洋大省，并在向海洋强省奋进，山东海洋牧场建设及海洋装备制造业均走在全国前列。深远海养殖是山东省海洋经济的重要组成部分，也是优化海水养殖空间布局、促进海水养殖业转型升级的重要举措。近年来，山东省众多深远海养殖装备投入使用，适养鱼类品种的缺乏成为限制产业发展的瓶颈问题。山东省纬度较高，海域水温周年在15～24℃波动，对适养品种的要求较高。本文提出山东深远海适养鱼类品种的选择标准，分析了现存及潜在的适宜养殖品种，阐明了相关技术需求，并介绍了相关养殖技术，以期为山东省深远海养殖产业的发展提供助力。
Shandong is one of big marine provinces of China，and is striving to become a strong marine province. The construction of marine ranching and marine equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province are at the forefront of the country. Deep-sea aquaculture is an important part of marine economy in Shandong Province，and it is also an important measure to optimize the spatial layout of mariculture and promote the transformation and upgrading of mariculture. In recent years，many deep-sea aquaculture equipments in Shandong Province have been put into use，and the lack of suitable cultured fish species has become a bottleneck problem restricting industrial development. The latitude of Shandong Province is high，the annual fluctuation of sea water temperature is between 15-24 ℃，and the requirements for suitable varieties are high. In order to provide help for the development of deep-sea aquaculture in Shandong Province，the selection criteria for suitable cultured fish species were put forward，existing and potential suitable cultured fish species were analyzed，relevant technical requirements were pointed out，and relevant aquaculture technology were introduced in this paper.
