Since the outbreak of the Syrian crisis in 2011，the number of Syrian refugees has been on the rise. The Syrian refugee issue has gradually evolved from the initial cross-border flow of refugees in the neighbouring area into a refugee crisis in the Middle East，Europe and even the world. Türkiye has become the world’s largest host country of Syrian refugees since the outbreak of civil war in Syria. The living conditions and cultural integration of Syrian refugees in Türkiye attract attention. The influx of Syrian refugees also challenges Türkiye politics，economy，society and security. Türkiye is facing difficulties in refugee governance as well. The effective solution of the Syrian refugee issue requires the joint efforts of Syria，Türkiye and the international community.
