Central Asia is one of the main region for America to fight against geopolitical rivals or competitors. Strategically，America considers Central Asia as a region with unique value，making its tactic more offensive. The main focus of America’s strategy in Central Asia is building a region increasingly relying on Afghanistan situation，drawing Central Asian nations to the issues of Afghanistan and South Asia maximally，and confronting with neighbouring coutries and its competitors——Russia，China and Iran.
